5.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.

• If bonus funds are misused or an attempt is made to claim a bonus from multiple accounts, all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.

6.3 VIP Program

The ctk11 VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. Progression to a higher tier depends on your overall gaming activity.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play
